Q: Can you provide a free estimate?
A: Yes, we provide free estimates and proposals.
Q: I need to make a report for my roof, is there a charge?
A: We can discuss the issues that we see on your roof at no charge or provide you with a quick informal draft. Otherwise, a formal roofing report and survey can be completed for a charge.
Q: Are you licensed roofing contractors?
A: Yes, we are licensed. It is required by the state of Illinois to be licensed. You can search Illinois roofing contractors at

Q: Are you bonded?
A: Yes, we are bonded. We follow your local town, village, or city requirements for surety bonds. Performance bonds can be arranged, but please note that they can add to the cost of your project by 5% to 10%.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we will be glad to provide a copy of our certificate of liability upon request.
Q: Can you guarantee your jobs?
A: We offer a 10-year material and labor warranty for any workmanship issues. We also work with our manufacturers to give you their warranty on material and labor.
Q: Do I really need to replace my roof, siding, gutters?
A: We will give you our honest opinion. We have ran into many cases where it just needed a good repair instead of replacement.
Q: How long will it take to do my project?
A: Every project is different. Generally, most of our projects take a day or two to complete. We believe that communication is key to any project. We will communicate with you on the details of the scope of work so you have an expectation of how your project will progress.
Q: Do you work with insurance companies on claims?
A: Yes, we hire a public adjuster, appraiser, or an attorney to help with insurance claims. It is important to have experienced roof replacement and repair contractor who has the capability to work on complex cases with your insurance company.
Q: Do you sub out your work?
A: Yes, we do subcontract out our work on a few occasions. There are some fields that we are not licensed to do work in, such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work. If we are working with a more complex project, such as a fire claim, we will notify our clients that we will subcontract out to these vendors. Otherwise, we may just refer customers to these vendors and they may work with them separately.
Q: Do you get permits from the village?
A: Yes, we will always get a permit. Before any project starts, we verify if a permit is required to do your project. In a rare case, we have run into situations where a permit is not required by that township or village. We will notify you right away if this is the case, and we may recommend a performance bond.
Q: Do you do landscaping?
A: No, we do not do landscaping work. However, we have an excellent business partner that does quality landscaping.
